Cancellation policy:

  • Event Registration:

We understand that plans do change. If you cannot attend due to unavoidable circumstances, please inform us immediately on or before June 10, 2016. You can request for cancellation and refund by sending mail to registrar.osa2016@gmail.com. In your Cancellation Request include your Order Number, Primary participant name and e-mail ID that was used for Registration.

You will be refunded adjusted registration fees 30 days after the Convention. Please note that the cancellation fee will cover the associated advance cost of arranging the convention such as stage, PayPal fees, postage, souvenir, gift, badge/ribbon, etc.

 Charges for cancellations requested On or Before June 10, 2016

Family: $40,  Individual: $20,  Student: $20

NOTE: In case you paid OSA membership fee to attend this event it is non-refundable.

  • Food Coupons

Food coupon money is fully refundable if cancellation occurs on or before June 10, 2016. You can request for cancellation and refund by sending mail to registrar.osa2016@gmail.com. In your Cancellation Request include your Order Number, Primary participant name and e-mail ID that was used for Registration.After that date, there will be no refund, as the final count has to be provided to the caterer.
